OUR SECOND SHOW on ERRORFM.COM!!!  Yes....we're just starting to get used to this whole "no holds barred" speech thing.......  We're still amazed we've survived last weeks show.
AND, apparently, ErrorFM.com still wants to keep us!

So, you might hear some bleeped out and sped up conversations in this show.  Why???  If there's no rules, and no limits to what we can say....why on earth would the hosts of Podcast Shmodcast decide to edit themselves...  Well..........  WE have some regrets.

Hello to our thousands maybe even HUNDREDS of fans and detractors alike!

We have, finally after celebrating one full year, 52 shows at KXLU, managed to push the envelope TOO FAR.  Our liberal friends hold the 1st amendment as their hands down favorite, that IS, until you say something they don't like.  We did get to express many idea's, that you will never hear on NPR, and any number of them could have been the nail in the coffin- so the one they got us on was pretty innocuous compared to saying most of the problems of the world stem from the monetary system which everyone accepts without question.  Whatever- just don't talk about sex, race or what MEL GIBSON is saying!   

You can now catch us LIVE on our former nemesis's site; HOTTALKLA.com and ErrorFM.com (10pm till midnight PST) Thurs nights.   

Feel free, as fundraizing on KXLU is coming up, to send your cash and love to the station.   KXLU is indeed the last holdout for music, BUT It's not independent of the college, that's for sure.   

We're still trying to decide if Podcast Shmodcast should have a show at KXLU or not.....and we think the management is also trying to decide if a show like ours should exist at a Jesuit University.

These are all very good questions..........
One thing we do know, is that we'd still love to fill in there and rock and roll on the FM dial...........But maybe untamed free thinking out of the box thought and commentary may be too hard to handle on a university owned frequency.

We'll see in September.

Also, today's show was pretty racially charged. There was talk about the woman in Wisconson who wanted an unusual title under her name on the ballot, the connecticut shooter, the lack of racism in the gay community, etc.
